Spectroclad Expertise in CCS and CSP:

Spectroclad has done several Caster Rolls of Conventional Slab casters from various Zones including Top Zone small diameter rolls along with regular Bow zone and Foot Zone Rolls with specialized Nitrogen based alloys formulation using higher Cr content in base layer to prevent Cr depletion resulting in enhance working hours or no of heats in working of caster.

Spectroclad has also cladded CSP Pinch rolls -comparatively new technology in Slab caster in the form of Continuous Strip Production where there are a smaller number of rolls as compared to conventional slab casters.
